Shipping & Returns:
What is your shipping policy?
-If the item is in stock, most orders are shipped within 2-3 days. However, some items require 10-21 days as many pieces are custom made at the time of your order. Our goal is to deliver a quality product and will not ship out an item until inspected by the photographer. We do not ship outside the USA. APO shipments are limited.
How do you ship?
-(USPS, FedEx, & UPS) Mostly we use the United States Post Office. In some cases, such as over sized packages, we will ship using FedEx. FedEx will require a physical street address (no PO Boxes). You will receive a tracking number when your item is shipped out. We ship to US addresses only and most APO addresses. Some APO address will not qualify as US address if the package is too large to ship USPS. We can ship to APO address via USPS on products up to 24x36. Other than APOs addresses, WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.
I live locally or I will be in the area; can I pick up an item so not to pay for shipping?
-Yes, you may schedule a time to pick up in Navarre. We are often in the FWB, Destin, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola areas and could prearrange a meeting on specific days.
How long will it take to get my order?
- In stock items will normally ship within 48 hours except on weekends. Items not in stock will require custom printing and can take 10-14 days to ship depending on the media type ordered. (Note: During the 2020 Covid-19 some supplies can become delayed so processing time could take a few extra days).
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
- We take very special care to insure that you package is wrapped carefully to avoid damage. However, if your art arrives damaged- Please keep all packaging and contact us for further instructions to replace your prints.
What is your return policy?
-Changed your mind? We understand that this sometimes might happen. Our website has helpful wall tools and item descriptions to ensure you make an informed selection. Each of our large prints, canvases, and metals are custom made specifically for you at the time of your order. You may return these items within 30 days of delivery conformation in the same condition as which they were sent. Please provide sales receipt showing direct purchase from the artist. -All orders have a 100% Money Back Guarantee to be free of defects (i.e. bent, warped, ripped, scratched, or other blemishes)! You may return it in the same condition as you received it within 30 Days to receive a full refund (excluding shipping).
Custom Sizes or Special Orders:
Can I customize the size if I don’t see what I need on the website?
-Yes, sometimes an image can be cropped to a specific size. However, most of the time a crop removes key elements of the photograph. We will be happy to work with you to find a good balance while still maintaining the artistic vision.
Do you have anything smaller than what is offered on the website?
-Yes, we will be happy to send you an individual quote. Just let us know what you are looking for.
Do you sell digital images that I can get printed somewhere else?
-No. To protect the copyright to our photographic images; we do not sell full resolution digital images to be printed as art. Also, because our images are for fine art; the only way to ensure that our customers get the highest product is to control the printing process by using professional equipment and reputable print labs.
Do you sell digital images to use for my website?
-Sometimes, but it is very limited. Because our images are intended to be used as fine art; only some images are available for website use. Images are at a lower resolution than the original and cannot be printed for sale as art by the purchaser. Photographer reserves the right to decline the use of an image. Please contact us for more information.
Can images be changed to a Black & White or Sepia?
-Sometimes. We will consider converting an image but it is on case by case basis to safeguard the artistic integrity of each piece.
Do you sign your art?
-As of April 2019, almost every photograph and wrapped canvas in stock has the artist’s original signature (or initials for smaller prints). This will be phased out by 2020. Wrapped canvases also have Waldorff Photography’s mark on inside of the stretcher bars. On occasion a piece of art may be "drop shipped" directly from the photo lab- this is when the artist doesn't receive the piece before it is shipped to the customer. In this case, the artist's may (or not) elect to use a digital signature and the stretcher bars will not be marked. Aluminum and Acrylic pieces will have digital signature due to the signature inks not permanently adhering to the smooth faced finishes.
What is mounting?
- To preserve the life of your art, we highly recommend that you have your photos professionally mounted to a rigid backing to protect it from bending or wrinkling and to properly prepare it for framing. The dry-mount process is a common method of adhering photographs to a rigid backing because it is inexpensive, easy, and elegant. The process uses heat activated adhesive tissue sandwiched between the photograph and a stiff backing board. Over time, the paper of an unmounted photo can develop waves due to humidity levels in the air. (This is most noticeable in the larger prints.) Eventually other methods of mounting can fail and your photo could come lose from the backboard and drop within the framing. Most framers will offer mounting services. Dry-mounting is considered an irreversible mounting technique which will give your art piece a lifetime of enjoyment.
Can I purchase a framed item?
-Yes. This is an additional service and subject to availability of frame options. Artist will honor requests for frame type, color & width options, as well as mat colors. We work with a number of local fine art framers so please allow extra time for these professionals to complete the project. Custom framed items are not returnable. Please contact us for a quote.

What are copyrights?
-Copyright describes the rights given to creators for their literary and artistic works. Copyright is a property right. Purchasing a print does not mean you have purchased the copyright. Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs (right to control the making of copies). Unless you have permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs. Professional photographers are dependent on their ability to control the reproduction of the photographs they create. It affects their income and the livelihood of their families. Even small levels of infringement—copying a photo without permission—can have a devastating impact on a photographer’s ability to make a living. Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties.
We thank you for appreciating our art and protecting our livelihood.
