Shipping & Returns:

What is your shipping policy?

- If the item is in stock, most orders are shipped within 2 business days.  However, some items require 10-21 days to produce since most artworks are custom made at the time of your order.  Our goal is to deliver a high-quality product and will not ship out an item until inspected by the photographer or one of our trusted photo labs.  We do not ship outside the USA.  APO shipments are limited.

How do you ship?

-Mostly we use the United States Post Office, UPS, or FedEx.  Most of our canvas, metals, and Acrylics are shipped directly to you from the photo lab. You will receive a tracking number when your item is shipped out.

I live locally or I will be in the area; can I pick up an item so not to pay for shipping?

-Yes, pickups at our Navarre studio are also available by appointment only. When checking out online be sure to select the “Local Pickup” shipping option.  However, we are often in the FWB, Destin, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola areas and could prearrange a meeting on specific days.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

-  We take very special care to ensure that you package is wrapped carefully to avoid damage. However, if your art arrives damaged- Please keep all packaging and contact us for further instructions to replace your artworks. Please keep all shipping materials, box, and artwork as we will ask for photos of all to provide to the shipper.

What is your return policy?

- Each art piece is custom made specifically for you at the time of your order. You may return items within 30 days of delivery date and in the same condition in which they were received. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. However, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

Digital Images:

I am a PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGNER can I purchase digital images for a project I’m working on?

-Likely, under certain circumstances.  Please contact us to discuss your project further.

Do you sell digital images that I can get printed somewhere else?

-No. To protect the copyright to our photographic images; we do not sell full resolution digital images to be printed as art.  Also, because our images are for fine art; the only way to ensure that our customers get the highest quality product is to control the printing process by using professional equipment and reputable print labs.

Do you sell digital images to use for my website?

-Sometimes, but it is VERY limited.  Because our images are intended to be used as fine art; only some images are available for website use.  Images are at a lower resolution than the original and cannot be printed for sale as art by the purchaser.  Photographer reserves the right to decline the use of an image. Please contact us for more information.

Custom Sizes or Special Orders:

Can I customize the size if I don’t see what I need on the website?

-Yes, sometimes an image can be cropped to a specific size.  However, most of the time a crop removes key elements of the photograph.  We will be happy to work with you to find a good balance while still maintaining the artistic vision.

Do you have anything smaller or larger than what is offered on the website?

-Yes, we will be happy to send you an individual quote.  Just let us know what you are looking for.

Can images be changed to a Black & White or Sepia?

-Sometimes.  We will consider converting an image but it is on case-by-case basis to safeguard the artistic integrity of each piece.

Do you sign your art?

- Every photograph will have the artist’s digital signature (or initials for smaller prints). Original signatures are reserved for our Collector’s Editions on Fine Art Papers. If you desire an original signature, please contact us to discuss.

Do you offer *mounting service?

-Yes, this is an extra service.  Most photos will start at $20 and up to mount depending on size.  Please contact us for a quote. To preserve the life of your art, we highly recommend you have your photographic prints professionally mounted.

*What is mounting? – Artwork is adhered to a rigid backing to protect it from bending or wrinkling and to properly prepare it for framing.  Over time, the paper of an unmounted photo can develop waves due to humidity levels in the air. (This is most noticeable in the larger prints.)  Most framers will offer mounting services. Mounting is considered an irreversible and will give your art piece a lifetime of enjoyment.

Can I purchase a framed item?

-Yes/Sometimes. We are photographers and prefer to leave framing to the professional framers. However, we do work with a number of local fine art framers so please allow additional time for these professionals complete the project. This is an additional fee service and subject to availability of frame options. Framing is a very personal choice and the artist will do our best to honor requests for frame type, color & width options, as well as mat colors.  Please contact us for a quote. We rarely will ship glass due to potential risk of damage when shipping, it may be in your best interest to take art directly to your local framer.

Can I paint one of your photos?

-Please respect the livelihood of all artists and reframe from painting their images.  I am honored and flattered that you appreciate my work however; my photographic art is painstakingly captured and has taken many years for me to master my style and techniques. In addition, at a great expense both financially and time away from my family in order to capture them. Reproduction of my images is copyright infringement and detrimental to the support of my family. Thank you for understanding. (Please see “What are copyrights?”)

What are copyrights?

-Copyright describes the rights given to creators for their literary and artistic works. Copyright is a property right. Purchasing a print does not mean you have purchased the copyright. Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs (right to control the making of copies). Unless you have permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs. Professional photographers are dependent on their ability to control the reproduction of the photographs they create.  It affects their income and the livelihood of their families. Even small levels of infringement—copying a photo without permission—can have a devastating impact on a photographer’s ability to make a living.  Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties. copying a photo without permission—can have a devastating impact on a photographer’s ability to make a living.  Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties.
