So, you have this fancy digital camera sitting around the house, and you have no idea what to do with it?  Or perhaps you already know how to use the camera and can even take some decent pictures, but you'd like to take your photography to the next level and become more of an artist?  Either way, I can help.

This is your opportunity to work one-on-one with award-winning nature fine art photographer, Jeff Waldorff, to continue your personal adventure with photography. Jeff offers Private Photography Workshops and Mentoring Programs for individuals, groups, couples, and families.  These workshops are custom designed and planned to meet your (and group) needs. They are very instructional and hands-on using your own camera equipment. You will learn Jeff’s own workflow from capturing the image to processing the image for final print. If you would like to learn more about these techniques, take your photography to the next level, and become the photographer you want to be; we would be happy to put together a custom workshop or mentoring program tailored just for you!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

I'm currently offering private one-on-one instruction in digital photography for all ability levels.  Lessons can be done on-location at your favorite scenic spot that you’ve been dying to get a great photograph of, or in your home (kind of like private music lessons).  If you're a beginner, you'll learn how to understand and use your own equipment better, and how to use light and composition to make your photographs rise above the typical "bland" snapshots.  If you already have the fundamentals down, you'll learn more advanced skills like how to utilize natural and artificial light more effectively and digital post-processing techniques, with the goal of transforming your pictures into something you can be proud of.

RATES

• $60 per hour (2-hour minimum)
• $400 a day, plus travel costs (if required)
• $350 a day, per person, for a group of 2
• $300 a day, per person, for groups of 3 or more

GROUP WORKSHOPS

If a private workshop isn't for you then I can still teach you many of the techniques I use to capture landscape photos of our beautiful Emerald Coast? I'm offering a group workshop at the beautiful Henderson Beach Resort in Destin. I'll be covering many of the compositional techniques and tricks I use to get "the shot!" including finding the best lighting for your landscape photos. The workshop will be between 3-4 hours long with some hands-on (time allowing) instruction. This class is a beginner - intermediate level course on photography. If you're struggling to find compelling photographic compositions or want to understand the different kinds of light, then this class is for you.
